•EFT payments, proof of payment must be forwarded to the relevant email / number. Please allow 3 business days for the receipt of EFT funds to be confirmed. Goods will only be released for collection or delivery once the receipt of funds has been confirmed.

•Any defects noted after delivery should be photographed and reported to us immediately as we check goods before sending them off.

•Goods are constantly checked before sent off on delivery or couriered : if goods that have been damaged by the courier co because of their negligence; we may offer partial refund or voucher on “the goods that have been damaged only”. 

•If goods are defective the customer can return them by bringing it back to the store or at their own cost via courier within 10 days of the date of purchase provided the goods have not been used.

•Please Note that shipping fee changes when you enter your address.

•If an item is priced incorrectly - you will be contacted with the correct price. We are not obliged to process the item.
